Motor Court Manufactured Home Subdivision

A circular driveway with pleasant landscaping lends curb appeal and is a nice, practical feature. Add in a hedge running along the street and you have a cozy, appealing 'motor court' giving a tony charm. As well, a circular driveway works well with a home turned 45 degrees to the street. The manufactured home shown in the drawings is a 3 bed, 2 bath of around 1650 sq ft, full details for which are here. Paired with this home is a 'crossmod' building serving as a raised terrace along the street, convenient storage adjacent to the driveway, and a permanent cover for a spa in the back. Note that the spa and terrace are for use with a house on one side while the storage is for use by the neighboring house on the other side - a point hopefully clarified in the drawings below:

The car courtyard at the front is mirrored by a garden courtyard at the back. This back courtyard is roomy and private with outdoor kitchen, covered dining, a covered sitting area, and spa with umbrella and chaise lounge. At the front is a small, raised, 'semi-private' terrace looking out over the street and conveniently located by the kitchen for 'alfresco' tea or coffee, weather permitting.
