🚨 The NextGen DoubleWide is not your grandma’s trailer. This is the glow-up of the century — a high-design, high-function home built to flex, hustle, and vibe.

👑 What makes it different?

Literally everything.

🛌 Private Suites, Not Just Bedrooms

We staggered the layout so each bedroom has its own alcove and king bed. Built-ins? Of course. Think wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelving — each room doubles as a WFH office with actual taste.

🧠 The Core: Where Smart Design Lives

All the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing lives in a central core — two full baths, a proper kitchen, HVAC, hot water, washer/dryer, fridge, pantry and a dedicated office zone.

TLDR: it's a multitasking powerhouse.

🍝 Entertaining Mode: Activated

A 14-person dining table (yes, 14), pendant lighting, and its own centered TV. Divided from the living room by a screen wall on the other side of which is a YUGE movie theater sized projection TV screen surrounded by a wraparound sofa that sleeps 4 more. Living room closes off with pocket doors = sleep sanctuary.

🛏️ Total capacity: Sleeps up to 12, comfortably. No air mattresses in sight.

🚗 Carport Goals

Covers 3 cars, has built-in storage (weatherproof but unheated), plus a legit outdoor kitchen with BBQ + fridge. All under the same roof.

🌿 Private Courtyard Energy

Bistro tables, spa, sofa bank, dining setup. Awnings + umbrellas = sun when you want it, shade when you don’t.

💸 Cost Reality Check

Yes, it’s ~50% more than a basic doublewide. But it lives better than a $700k builder-grade box.

Fits on a 60’x100’ lot = 7 homes per acre.

Design-first. Density-smart. Sleep-maximized.

Welcome to the NextGen Trailer Park.
