Courtyard Duplex Condo For Small Lots

Here is a design for a spacious, comfortable four bedroom (each with private bath) condo with spacious raised deck along the street and small courtyard garden along the side (which also serves as a lightwell. The home is around 2,800 sq ft sited on just 5,000 sq ft. This is around 8 homes per acre - on the high density side as SFR suburban subdivisions go. By reorienting from the standard foursided setback to the private courtyard along one side, a much more pleasant indoor / outdoor living can be offered aka living larger on much smaller lots.
