Deluxe Suburban Refuge w/ Pool & Storage

In a previous post I tried to devise an ICF suburban home suited to the urbanite seeking suburban refuge. In this post I develop a new version which includes a pool in the backyard surrounded by additional storage. I felt this necessary for such things as pool filters and garden tools as well as providing a better solution for storing bicycles and bulky items. The house is mostly the same with five bedrooms and around 5,500 sq ft on a slightly larger lot of ~10,000 sq ft. A wider lot proved better for incorporating the drive through carport idea, allowing a wider turning radius for entering and leaving as well as allowing for added storage.
