Design for a 4 Bed 3 Bath Doublewide

In a previous post I drew up plans for a 3 Bed 2 Bath Doublewide of around 1,650 sq ft. In this post I up the stakes, adding another bed and bath while enlarging the kitchen and dining room. The living and dining room now occupy the full width of the home while the kitchen is enlarged - the counter is 23 ft wide - with more storage cabinets.

This home is 33' by 73' or around 2,300 sq ft of interior space. As shown, the home is fitted with built-in bookcases, desk / bed combos in the bedrooms, a large format projection TV in the living room, and a long, wide dining table with seating for 16. By offering a spaciousness and fitted features one is often hard-pressed to find even in high end site built homes, the hope is to attract homebuyers and let them see for themselves just how far the modern manufactured home can be developed. In a future post I hope to situate this home in a suitably proportioned courtyard style lot, to give a sense of the look and feel a subdivision of such homes would have.
